Calsonic decided to close its Barcelona factory. SCR carried out media training programmes for top executives in preparation for the closure of a factory making car components in Spain. Workshops with role play were organized for middle management who would have to handle the workforce. SCR handled the closure itself in the media and worked with the lawyers and the government representatives and the handling of the aftermath.
